Summary: It is a great communication tool that has helped us speed up the sending of information, announcements, and surveys. Its operation has been efficient and simple, with a great support and marketing team that has helped us at all times.
Positive: Easy to send information, templates that help organize what you want to communicate. It speeds up the time used to send the interested parties.
Negative: It takes time to update on computers. Some functions can be improved to show more information, for example, polls.

Summary: It's a great tool to help communicate effectively in an efficient manner to alert a lot of staff at the same time.
Positive: Our facility has undertaken a huge EHR Upgrade, which impacts every employee - this is a great way to reach everyone with updates. Our marketing department has started using the system to send out updates for upcoming events - my department uses the program to share updates and our nursing department uses it for Nursing Education. In a recent sudden downtime of systems-I used SnapComms to alert areas of downtime needs.
Negative: We have experienced no issues with using the product, it's very easy to train staff to update their sub-departments.

Summary: I really like the support we get from SnapComms. They are always friendly and helpful. The interface is easy and intuitive.
Positive: Great pop-up and screensaver options with personalization to your company colors and logos. The special holiday popups are always a nice change of pace as well.
Negative: Needs more holiday popups and maybe more ala cart options or the ability to build your own package.

Summary: Think it's a good way to communicate to some of the employees throughout the company. Most don't like the ticker that will go across the computer. Even if read it, still continues to reappear.
Overall product is easy to use.Positive: Ease of use.
A good way to communicate with employees with the computer.
The metrics inside the tool.
The content folder makes it easy to use.Negative: Ticker. Sometimes miss messages and don't pop back up again.
