Summary: Crises Control's functionality is wide, yet it is easy to setup and use.
There 24/7 support line has been a lifesaver!Positive: We have a large workforce in multiple locations: Madrid, London and Tokyo. We use Crises Control to communicate to all staff when an IT outage occurs (e.g. Citrix or telephony is down).
The support staff are also very helpful!Negative: The tool is simple to setup and use so we haven't seen anything so far.

Summary: Crisis Control is THE solution for rapid communication with staff with a wide range of incidents.
Positive: Crises Control app saves this time and money it makes it really easy to come and get it with especially when we need to send out confidential files without risk.
Negative: Crises Control has been easy to deploy across an organisation but it took one week to get the set up and running which was longer than expected.
