Summary: I started with Smith 3 years ago after hearing the developer speaking on a podcast. I really needed to stop answering my own phones and I needed to gain some distance between myself and my clients when I was starting my business. Smith was a great option. I sighed up with them and never looked back. They even make outgoing calls and can help me with other tasks besides handing incoming communications.
Positive: I really like that I am able to put my website to the best possible use. I have a business where people will Google search and then pick the first business that communicates with them. It is vital to communicate with incoming contacts. Smith is great. They have awesome customer service and always make clients feel welcomed and valued.
Negative: The free version does not work well. The receptionist answered chat is the service that really works.

The messages I receive from the Chat service via email are very thorough and a great venue for clients to reach out to me - both potential and existing clients. I am very pleased with this FREE service from Smith, which replaced a paid service without losing any value for my Firm, but only adding value. The Chat service is very personal and super professional, and I have repeatedly recommended it to many of my peers who run law firms.

Summary: Smith.ai has regularly delivered 50+ leads each month since we added it to the website at a fraction of the cost of advertising and with a MUCH better ROI for the cost.
Positive: We started out with the free chat service then quickly upgraded to the unlimited questions and then to the chat receptionist service because people were hitting the chat during the evenings and weekends when we never thought people would want to inquire about our services.
Negative: The only complaint we have about the service is there needs to be a simple way to white label the chat service.

Positive: Smith.ai's receptionists are incredible. We've had no complaints and they are very responsive. We recently added their chatbot feature to our website. So far, it works well on our site and the look is very appealing.

Positive: Absolutely great service! Smith makes running my law firm so much easier. I love their online chat - I’ve been able to track more leads and potential clients have really liked the ease of use.
