Summary: The player looks like it's made of quality material, the portal to load everything is kind of user friendly I wouldn't say it's for beginners more for intermediate however the customer support was pretty good. However I did find an alternative that better suited my needs and gave me the incentive to make money opposed to costing me a monthly subscription.

Positive: Ease of access, customer support, compact size design, online portal, templates readily available.

Negative: Player price, subscription required, 1 TV per player.

Summary: Overall it's a great help to our organisation. We as a coaching institute, have to show different types of courses and offerings with offer price which can be managed and customized easily makes it more interesting. This is a great digital signage tool which makes our daily work easier with smart display feature in it.

Positive: With SmartSign2go, we are able to display our company's info, our product description, our schemes, our plans and various other things at the LCD monitor kept outside our offices at various locations. With SmartSign2go, we are able to show curated contents on the display and customize the display as per need to make it more engaging. This tool is a great help to our business.

Negative: Pricing can be costly for small businesses as it charges $200-$400 for the physical device to setup and get started with. That's a little concern for small business.

Summary: It offers stable and reliable performance, with minimal downtime. It's important for us that the platform can handle the demands of our signage network and deliver content consistently.

Positive: It is intuitive and user-friendly, allowing us to easily create, schedule, and manage content on the displays without requiring extensive technical knowledge.

Negative: None whatsoever since we have started using this software.

Positive: I really liked the ease of use and the quality in which it is possible to execute signatures. It's an excellent tool.

Negative: I found the program design a little confusing, but nothing that impacts the quality and benefits that the program brings.

Summary: We have been using SmartSign2go from from more than 2 years in our finance business to display various offerings and incentives on the LCD monitors in our business premise and other display options throughout our offices. And we are getting a good customer response based on it, so in my opinion this tool has been helping us in our day to day business to make us more customer friendly. Pricing of the tool is quite suitable for our business as it costs a fraction of amount that we generate using it.

Positive: We love the way we can engage our customers with the smart signs that we can display at our various offices. It comes with many clean and attractive templates which makes our offerings even more promising with the help of live pictures and movable wallpapers. We receive a great appreciation from our customers about these signs that we display using smart signs. The best part of it is we can control all the signs from one place sitting at office and display a range of signs and templates on different offices as required. Their customer support team has been very helpful from helping us in setting up the tool to its day to day uses.

Negative: There's been no such thing that I can recall of that I don't like about the tool. Its a simple tool and we like the functionalities.

Positive: I compared a number of different models. I am a small business owner and this is the best option across the board. Functionality, options, programming, and services. Definitely the right choice for your digital display! Support was amazing and their platform is so easy. Makes for the perfect instore digital display to add a new source of advertising.

Negative: The only negative thing I will say is that we had an old model tv and it does not work well with these. If you have HD 1080P......their system is perfect!

Summary: Works well for my purposes.

Positive: Ease of use, customer service and tech support. I easily created a slide show that I can play in the window of my boutique.

Negative: So far the only thing that is a bit harder to swallow is the monthly payments of +-$40 CDN.

Summary: The first system I used for in house advertising. This time we are using it to scroll donors names on our recognition wall. Really versatile.
