Summary: Experience with the unit was fine. Easy to setup, interface you can learn quickly. Product seems well made.

Positive: Product is well designed. Rugged and the signage features list keeps growing and growing. Pretty awesome. Shipped fast and easy to setup and get rolling. Recommend!

Negative: Recurring fees, wish I didn’t have to pay those.

Summary: We have been using these across our portfolio and are very pleased! The functionality is vast and it is always increasing with new updates! You can view, in real-time, what is being played which is AMAZING if you are remote or have multiple players. There were some kinks, in the beginning, to work out - such as format size, etc. but once those were figured out, we have not had any issues! We had such a great experience, that we started out with the smaller version and upgraded it. Also, any email to support is answered extremely quickly!

Positive: The remote access to view real-time what is playing is fantastic when you are a remote user with multiple locations.

Negative: Nothing on the user side. The set up is a little labor intensive if you have to run lines to this device, but that is to be expected.

Summary: Love this service for our digital signage. It does what we need without adding more work or headaches.

Summary: Overall it's a great help to our organisation. We as a coaching institute, have to show different types of courses and offerings with offer price which can be managed and customized easily makes it more interesting. This is a great digital signage tool which makes our daily work easier with smart display feature in it.

Positive: With SmartSign2go, we are able to display our company's info, our product description, our schemes, our plans and various other things at the LCD monitor kept outside our offices at various locations. With SmartSign2go, we are able to show curated contents on the display and customize the display as per need to make it more engaging. This tool is a great help to our business.

Negative: Pricing can be costly for small businesses as it charges $200-$400 for the physical device to setup and get started with. That's a little concern for small business.

Summary: Customer support during install was great. We had a minor issue that was resolved quickly with customer service support.

Positive: Digital display is engaging with our customers and promoting products effectively. It is easy to manipulate imaging and change display options.

Negative: Price point could be lowered in my opinion. Perhaps users with multiple displays could receive price breaks to incentivize multiple displays.

Summary: The player looks like it's made of quality material, the portal to load everything is kind of user friendly I wouldn't say it's for beginners more for intermediate however the customer support was pretty good. However I did find an alternative that better suited my needs and gave me the incentive to make money opposed to costing me a monthly subscription.

Positive: Ease of access, customer support, compact size design, online portal, templates readily available.

Negative: Player price, subscription required, 1 TV per player.
