Skillvee Description
Skillvee transforms the traditional phone screening and initial interview process by integrating a 60-minute "day in the work life" simulation. During this immersive experience, candidates tackle a realistic challenge, engage with AI colleagues to gather necessary information, and justify their choices in a recorded video call. Hiring teams receive a comprehensive report assessing the candidate's performance, including aspects such as communication skills, AI utilization, problem-solving approach, collaboration, time management, and the overall quality of their work. The approach not only embraces AI but also evaluates its use, ensuring relevance as AI technologies evolve. This innovative assessment is applicable to various white-collar positions that require computer proficiency, such as roles in sales, customer success, product management, program management, data analysis, and engineering. Designed specifically for recruiters and talent acquisition leaders in Series A to C companies, Skillvee redefines how talent is evaluated in the modern workforce. By streamlining the hiring process, it allows companies to identify the most suitable candidates effectively.
