Summary: If you felt comfortable with "Fresh Paint" on surface devices, this is a nice alternative on android.
Positive: This app has so many drawing tools made available. You can add, reorder layers, add text and images, and export an image or a time-lapse of your drawing.
Negative: A little buggy, as it can crash doing simple things.
