Summary: Very positive, does what it needs to do in a very efficient way. The support was very good and the installation process was simple and well-managed by the SizeBuddy team.
Positive: The software did what it needed to do and more. We experienced significantly less returns and an increase in the conversion ratio.
Furthermore, the provided analytics made a massive difference for the marketing department. One can see what their potential clients are wearing, which is a huge deal in the fashion industry.Negative: There was no plugin available yet, so the integration had to be done by the SizeBuddy team.
