Summary: A pity to turn a good service into such crap.
I've spent thousands of euros with them, and it is definitely time to find something else.Positive: It used to be a good service a few years ago - it was a CLX Communication brand in the past. After the acquisitions, it got only worse.
Negative: They claim SMSes have been delivered and charge you even if the SMSes do not reach the destination—that is totally unacceptable. After some communication ping-pong, the service recommends resetting the headset!

Summary: As previously mentioned due to terrible support, I guess we could consider ourselves one of the lucky ones. We were able to find out how bad this company is before ever getting anything off the ground with them.
Positive: They appeared to have all the functions I needed in their API but unfortunately, because of their horrendous support, we never got up and running with them.
Negative: As mentioned above, we never got "launched" with Sinch, and it was completely on them that we didn't.
