    Summary: In all, this system works great and performs as planned. We have checked Simply for third API integration, B2B needs and event scheduling etc. All features are premium and functional.

    Positive: We performed a trial for 1 month first to see how it goes as compared to other providers. We have created a sheet based on various business parameters such as speed, pricing, features, third party integrations and configuration time. After performing this, we assessed to see which worked best. Our observation revealed that Simply cleared our screening and we opted for that. Our sales & marketing team is doing a great job with Simply CRM.

    Negative: We've tested Simply for all those features we needed. We have got them as needed. A few things need to be tested unlike support services, configuration and their knowledge base etc.

    Summary: All features are useful and nicely coded. No slowdown at all. The visual insights are truly business savior meaning you understand the business logic, opportunities for your targeted prospectus. In all, this online CRM software is capable of doing anything that you think in favor of your business.

    Positive: Synchronization for all, easy of doing marketing for all and it allows every member of our team to be on the same page and seamlessly take over as an access management if someone has to be out of the office.

    Negative: We are fine with the pricing option of this CRM but sometimes we think and compare it with a few in the market, they are available even below $25 per user per monthly basis but at the same time if we further compare it features wise, Simply has got our final selection because of the premium features coming along.

    Positive: This tool is designed by the pros and they have managed the structure flow pretty good. The calendar, vendor access, invoicing, appointment, opportunity, project, contract, billing etc are the sections they have made available on the quick panel top on dashboard. You will not have to browse or traverse here and there again and again for the quick job done. In all, Simply is a CRM that not only performs your tasks, but it handles it in an efficient manner.

    Negative: When we tried searching for email templates, they have made available the same under the tools column and there are more than 20 different templates available. We have got trouble setting up an invoice template but soon their support representative helped us via a quick call. We integrated many templates later on and done this job our own without any help.     Best tool for business owners who are using Google suite and related APIs

    Summary: The performance, features, pricing, and marketing automation are a few perks from the pack of whole.

    Positive: The best case scenario is it matches and addresses all our business needs and further customization via linking and configuring the third party APIs. The ease of managing records and processing them by applying further actions such as vendor or appointment/contact management, makes it more responsive and faster compared to other CRMs. Our original goal was to simplify the record keeping and marketing with the same. As of now, we are utilizing its full pace to convert and generate the customers engagement.

    Negative: The worst case has not been yet discovered and we are not interested in researching that either :) Our goal has been achieved and we believe that our team is doing amazing work in sales and marketing segment.     Still assessing Simply CRM, so far so good

    Summary: The parts have been utilized in our org and streamlined for better contact management. We were searching and collaborating our data on this platform as a free one month trial and it’s almost trial period over now. Based on our experience, we have assessed and simplified our business proceedings. So far, we are feeling good about this tool and we would like to go for a premium subscription for 2 users on a monthly basis.

    Positive: All the features that have been used so far are extremely time saving. When I gave it a try to use Simply a month back, I was just doing all the emailing and adding activities manually. But after a successful test, I am automating this process with just a few clicks. I used to go to the activities page and perform everything from there without going to each individual section. I am happy so far using this CRM but still I never clicked on a lot of things on the dashboard and I believe those are all going to be handy next time for me.

    Negative: As mentioned above, I have been in the trial segment so I could not find the time to look into the negatives of it or any complaining things for Simply.

    Positive: The best part of using Simply CRM is its dashboard. We have got all tasks on a single topmost section and it has helped us to save lots of time.     Summary: Simply is superb, cool for newbies and startups. Don't go for big names, instead, give it a FREE try to see and assess/compare how smoothly it works. Our experience with Simply is just beyond the obvious! One of the changes we have seen is we are able to structure our client data and this is because of the simplicity of managing the records such as adding a new client, managing it for future use such as marketing forms, emails, events, automation etc, So in all, we are happy with the tool.

    Positive: Simply is a way to manage your business processes pretty easily. Our goal was to make things simple throughout the business communication and it has delivered more than that. We have used Simply in our client connection, creating email marketing and web forms to integrate them within the third party software systems. We've incorporated Mailchimp, Google APIs, Chatbot features to automate the marketing strategies. In all, we found this Simply CRM very helpful. We recommend it to all who need an honest client resource manager.

    Negative: Well, the idea was to simplify the business and we succeeded in that. So far, it's worked well in our real estate enterprise and now we are planning to scale this in our next project. For us, Simply has upgraded our operations so we have nothing to downgrade them.

    Summary: Superb and works great. You must go for Simply and try it for a one month FREE first. You will enjoy the simplicity and features all.

    Positive: Simply CRM is highly customizable, powerful invoice and report builder tool with multiple modules including adding events to customers calendar, contract, product, project, contact, web forms, campaign and vendor management. If you have a zero technical understanding, you can simply create features using drag and drop functionality. It’s been 4 months now and we have customized all our business processes in Simply. We had an issue at the time of free trial period which was handled by their representative too quickly and extended their support to a non paying customer :) We’ve already decided to proceed and execute all our customer centric tasks using Simply CRM.

    Negative: The CRM does not offer a quote based pricing model but it works great for per user per month basis. It's not a big issue as many businesses operate under fixed users and that's not a point.

    Best tool for small teams using Google Package

    Summary: We use Simply for many things, but mainly to keep all the sales team on the same page. Being able to share emails with others through the CRM is a deal breaker for us, and Simply stands ahead in that. Also can’t forget to mention their customer support which is excellent.

    Positive: The integration of Simply with email account and calendar was amazing, and it's very flexible in terms of adapting to our workflow. It's very interactive to use, and overall was easy to get a team new to using a CRM, to start using Simply fluently.

    Negative: It allows limitless expansion and integration for all your third party API needs. Hopefully more native integrations will be made available soon.
