    My online class for CSM was rescheduled without informing me in advance

    Summary: My online class for CSM was rescheduled without informing me and the new time did not suit me. I informed them immediately after receiving the invite for the classes after paying the fees.

    They called me few times at around 11:30 PM (which is not acceptable), however, I explained them why I could not join at the new time mentioned.

    Refund was promised within 3-5 working days, it's more than 2 weeks now, still awaiting refund and acknowledgement from their end to my emails and reminders.

    Positive: They have number of courses available in different time zone.
    Course fee affordable, based on the listed instructors seems they have a big qualified pool. Could not attend class, so can not provide feedback on the same.

    Negative: No support once you make the payment for the course.
