Summary: I love using this service and they are by far the most reasonably priced.
Positive: I really love the easy of SimpleTexting! I uses if for outreach and to stay in touch with prospective students. I've also received great customer service from their team.
Negative: none. I really don't have any negative comments to share. Both the product and service are great!

Summary: Completely satisfied. Won’t see our group moving away from this product soon.
Positive: Ease of use and mobile app makes interacting with several patients at once a breeze.
Negative: There’s not much. The ease of use is tempered by a few logistical concerns.

Summary: Fantastic. This product is providing great communication solutions for my business!
Positive: I was on a time crunch to send out a text blast to my customers on a time-sensitive issue. I messaged SimpleTexting's team via the live chat window. Sean answered, answered all of my questions, and helped me resolve my issue very promptly. Also, he was very friendly and sent a few GIF's to me after I sent him some. It was good all around!
Negative: The only con is about this SourceForge review page - FYI, every time you leave a rating for one of the rows in the "Tell Us a Little More" section of this review page, the page auto-scrolls all the way to the top of the page; I had to scroll back down every time I left a rating to do the next row. This is poor webpage functionality and it's annoying, especially as your customers attempt to give you good feedback. I'd look into correcting this ;-)

Summary: Great texting platform for growing small to medium businesses!
Positive: Actually simple to use. Great list sorting features and scheduling of texts. Can modify subscription as you expand or contract your marketing.
Negative: The MMS and SMS send features were confusing at first. Make sure you know what you want to send, if emojis are important you will pay more per message and when the customer replies you wont get the emojis. That sucks because most people text back emojis and you have to log into backend to see them displayed.

Summary: I am well pleased with the overall performance of your tool!
Positive: Loved the ease of use and how responsive your customer service team is.
Negative: receipts are only available in the form of an invoice rather than a pdf "Paid in full." I have to submit these documents to our accounts payable team and they show "invoice" rather than "paid in full." it typically throws accounts payable off.

Summary: I like this product and I'll continue to use it on a daily basis. Hard to argue with the pricing. Very cost effective.
Positive: I loved how easy to use the software is. It's simple, friendly to look at, and effective. Also, the user interface is very easy to navigate. The responding on texts is easy to use, and great that it comes with Mobile App.
Negative: I really wish that this had some analytics, where I could see what campaigns got the most frequent and rapid responses.
