ShootZilla lets you create your own workflows or use the templates to get started. ShootZilla's integrated contact form allows you to respond quickly to all your website inquiries. Batch your workflow tasks to reduce overhead and get more done. The tasks overview will help you do that. The visual calendar provides insight into the future and syncs with your online calendars (Google, iCal or Outlook). You can either create your own templates or choose from one of the preloaded templates. Never send the same email twice! Your contacts page contains all information about everyone you have ever worked with. All templates are available in English and Dutch, French, German, French, German, and Swedish.     More of an abandoned project

    Summary: They take payment while on the trial. But will not refund if you cancel. Will not answer emails or chat on their website. Avoid.

    Positive: I can't see any pros to this software. You are left to figure it out. No reply to any emails or website chat.

    Negative: No help in setting this up. Or reply to any emails. It's like it's been abandoned.
