ShipGear Description

All this is connected to a powerful connector that allows you to quickly import ERP, accounting, and ecommerce orders into UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager. The interfaces are easy to set up and can be customized with field maps or translations. ShipGear bridges information gaps from order to shipment to delivery to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and improve customer service. Different freight calculations can be defined based on order total. You may decide to fix flat amounts based upon the order total. For order total rules, see lines 8 and 9. Note that these rules can be applied before or after any other set. In this example, the base freight is determined by the order total, with additional increases for express and air services.

    Not very good... doesn't work

    Summary: Find another software....I am in the process of finding alternative. Per their rep it is running good for 1,000 customers. I find that hard to believe.

    Positive: Not much. The software does not work as promised. The support is not responsive. Our business has been adversely affected by this software.

    Negative: Product needs to be regularly reconfigured to use with QuickBooks Enterprise. Right now, we use it simply to ship UPS Ground packages.
    It seems this software is in beta testing and customers like us are helping them troubleshoot. Looking elsewhere.
