    Summary: Overall FedEx shipment manager is user-friendly and very convenient. For companies shipping daily it is very imperative to use a trusted shipping option.

    Positive: FedEx Ship Manager allows our company to keep track of shipments in real time and create shipments with ease that are picked up, saving on time. The Express option is pricey but well worth it for the convenience.

    Negative: Sometimes when shipping items, they need to be scheduled to be shipped out the next day. There is a tab that rarely works when selecting a time on the create shipment tab. This makes it frustrating to have to schedule a separate pick up for the same package.

    Summary: FexEx Ship Manager is a great software that offers the user timely and honest estimates for package pick up, drop-off, and arrival. I highly recommend dishing out the extra money for this companies hard work!

    Positive: At my office we use FedEx to ship to our partners weekly. It is an amazing service that is definitely worth the high cost. The drivers are always friendly. The software itself is very quick & efficient. The pick up times are almost always the exact same as the online tells you. Keep up the good work FedEx!

    Negative: I don't like the high cost but the quality of service beats out the cost any day of the week! I love this service!

    Summary: Overall this has solved my shipping need. I can just schedule a pick up without leaving the store ultimately saving me money.

    Positive: A great piece of software for busy owners. You can schedule a pick up right at your store for easy shipping.

    Negative: The only downside is you cannot get the exact weight for the package.
