Shade/Shape converts 2D artwork to 3D rendered imagery automatically! Shade/Shape automatically 3D shades 2D text, logos, and pictures. It uses the outline and features of your artwork to give it volume. Shade/Shape makes animated 2D characters stand out! Create cool effects and abstract transitions. Natural 3D shading effects can be added to existing image sequences. Shade/Shape automatically generates 3D shading using our shading-from–shape technology. Your titles and logos can be enhanced with shading, depth, and metallic luster! Reflecting the background sequence through your object creates glassy objects! Shade/Shape also includes a plugin that uses Shade/Shape's shading techniques to shade normals generated by 3D systems or Shade/Shape. You can add more detail by using bump maps and reflection. For moving imagery, stable and smooth-over time shading is produced.
