Perfect Management Software Date: Aug 18 2021
Summary: Love this software. It is a feature rich, low cost management software that is perfect for our company. We have saved time and money by implementing this into multiple branches, with nothing but praise from all. The scheduling tool helps organize things with technician tracking. The quoting and invoicing feature make it easy to compile, create and send to customers. With the forms feature we can ensure all of the required forms ate being completed and filed on time and in one place.
Positive: This software provides an all in one management experience. Through it, we are able to schedule work, track progress, get real time updates and information, including messaging and photos. Forms can be created to streamline the process causing us less filing and paper issues for things like safety and maintenance reports. This software has saved us a lot of money and administrative time.
Negative: I can honestly say I do not have any complainants about this software so far.

Excellent, reliable softwate Date: Apr 21 2020
Summary: Extremely satisfied with service, product and support.
The basic training and implementation support is well designed and delivered, through a number of self service tutorials. As well as having 24hr a day web chat support.Positive: The fact that the platform is very stable/future proof - due to the fact that it has been designed with iOS in mind!
The simplicity of design also shines through, when it demonstrates that a sole trader to the MD of a multi branch business can pick up the APP with basic training and deliver massive efficiency savings - within busy organisations.Negative: The (sometimes) limiting functionality!

With this in mind, the clear and transparent reason for ServiceM8’s existence is to remove inefficiency from modern service based businesses. If there is a better way of working, which improves the lot of its core market - they will listen and take all feedback into consideration when developing core product.
There are also third party development companies that have and will develop Add-Ons and specific ‘tools’ if and when required. -

Servicem8 has many payment implementations Date: Mar 20 2021
Summary: Servicem8 works with billing operations with greater results than other services, and it also includes tools for billing, databases, and internal clock, so scheduling time with each client is easy to time and carry out. In other words, with servicem8 you get good results by working in an organized manner.
Positive: With servicem8 you can manage simple or highly complex operations involving invoicing or store data management processes. In terms of field services servicem8 has tools to connect to databases within different clouds, either to manage electronic signatures or online invoicing requiring mobile or routing tools.
Negative: Within servicem8 we can annotate and prioritize all our work orders depending on which client we want to give more importance at the moment, and that is enough to not give servicem8 a negative review. We liked that the platform integrates so many tools for scheduling processes.
