    Summary: I am using Sendible to be able to combine numerous marketing strategies using the management of social networks in a very easy and comfortable way, having a broad view of the different RSS from the different managed accounts. I have obtained different commercial benefits that have allowed me to scale my marketing and exploit the different strategies that exist every day to have an audience growth in the different social media. With Sendible I can achieve objectives and I can also have all the accounts that you manage organized with all the updates available, being able to correctly manage the publications that are made and will be made through programming, all this in order to automate all the work and have the material Ready, so I can take care of the comments or plan my next digital marketing strategy by monitoring trends and looking for what is currently working to reach more audiences.

    Positive: * The distribution of the different features that the different plans that Sendible offers seems good to me since they are very similar, making it easier for the end user to decide between which plan to choose and not simply have to choose a higher plan just because they have one or more two features that a lower plan doesn't have causing you to have to pay for unnecessary features. What I mean when the distribution of features seems good to me, I mean that, for example, most plans have the same features (differentiating between users and accounts that can be managed) but what makes them different is certain tools report and more personalized customer support attention with the possibility of having a training to get the most out of this platform, from everything else they differ in a few things as I mentioned before and also how many publications can be scheduled. It is very useful to have these types of plans in which, depending on the amount, a subscription can be paid so as not to pay for unnecessary features since practically everything is in the different types of plans, thus allowing even small companies to get the most out of it. game to these types of platforms without having a large paywall.

    * I consider the reports section to be very complete, even more so when it comes to Google Analytics reports, since together with the reports of the interactions that are had in the different accounts of the different social networks, I can obtain very precise data when it is manages marketing and campaigns are applied to measure the impact and reach that are being achieved due to the marketing decisions made. I would like them to be able to integrate with other analytical or marketing platforms that allow the information received to be complemented in order to automate the work, however, the data returned from the results is very clear and precise and I can also customize it and send it by email to the different interested parties such as customers.

    * I liked the technical assistance that I have had from the Sendible support team since they have been able to solve several of my doubts and not only that they have responded by sending me the URLs of the solutions to my doubts but also that they show empathy for the user by provide solutions that benefit me and I can take advantage of it in order to have a better performance in the management of the social networks that I am managing. So for my general response to Sendible's support is that I had an excellent service and the people who have attended to my different doubts have made it easier to not have setbacks when using this platform, it is very few times that I have had failures in some of its tools and When I have not been able to publish on social networks, it is because there is a failure in the communication between Sendible and the different social networks or simply that Sensible is under maintenance. Everything else has been very good.

    Negative: * They do not have a native API that can work within social networks with this platform since there are several tools that are not available in Sendible that can work directly with social networks, also this limit the use of external platforms for the integration since processes cannot be automated since it does not have connections between platforms but simply Sendible works with internal API that connects with the APIs of the currently available social networks. I hope they publish a public API that allows users to automate processes with other platforms, since this would make it much easier to access certain internal information that is handled with platforms outside of this one and thus facilitate work and information management.

    * I was surprised that it still does not support an integration with TikTok since currently it is very easy to grow within that social network, much faster than in the social channels of Meta or YouTube since its algorithm is very difficult to have a way to be seen much easier, so with TikTok it is possible and very easy. I suppose that we will have to wait until TikTok and Sendible can have an agreement to be able to schedule publications and have reports of the scope in each campaign in order to understand what works best with respect to what the public likes in order to get the most out of it. TikTok's powerful algorithm, but this time in an automated way.

    * I have connection problems with the social networks that I am managing, since on some occasions accounts are disconnected, and it is a bit annoying that Sendible does not notify me when an account or social network is no longer available, and I have to reconnect. If only it could be informed in order to redo all the steps for the connection of the available social network accounts or simply not to disconnect, since in case of managing a large number of accounts there would be problems when it comes to not find out that an account has been disconnected and find out when said disconnected accounts are going to be managed, so it is a waste of time to make the connection again because many times you do not have direct access to accounts but you have to have the authorization of a superior to be able to have permission and access to the account that you want to link with this platform.

    Summary: Sendible has been a great solution for the company as it has improved marketing through social networks because we have correctly managed all the publications without any problem. It should be noted that its use has been very easy, since the first moment that Sendible was implemented it has not been difficult to adapt to its main panel or its different configurations. I have also been able to have a broad perspective on all my company networks so I do not need to open browser tabs for each social network, nor do I need to manage each social network by phone one by one trying to respond to comments or make posts in a way archaic so to speak. I have been able to maintain coherence between my networks by being able to place publications adapted to each social network at the same time in order to be able to manage a larger audience and have a wide range of followers or possible clients for the company by being able to manage a large number of social networks . You don't even have to be a marketing expert to handle this platform.

    Positive: I have tried many platforms before this one and it has seemed wonderful to me how I can program the posts of almost all social networks without any problem. I can easily add the news source if needed and also within its control panel I can search for related news since it has a good search engine.

    ° Customers are satisfied with the publications we make since they are always attentive to our social networks for real estate promotions that we put on our website. I have had good support from the Sendible team since they have been able to solve all my doubts regarding the needs we have had when we want to use this social network management tool.

    ° It is easy to use with its platform and I can easily use the calendar to schedule the respective publications according to the type of social network. And I can also share the content of others within my social networks, without having to open my accounts in separate tabs, I can manage everything right there.

    ° It is very easy to be able to plan the publications on our social networks and send them to the different channels thanks to the fact that within the calendar you not only have to schedule the meeting but also in which half of the sofa you want it to take place and at what time the publication of said meeting will be information.

    ° I can upload several images on Instagram without any problem, I have compared them with other platforms and I can say that they only allow one photo per post. But Sendible leaves me more than that with its functionalities that allow it to be well adapted to each type of social network with its unique characteristics.

    ° I like the function of being able to work collaboratively with others without losing the thread of the publications. I can determine who manages a social network while someone else is in charge of another, but within this same platform information can be shared so that the publications between social networks are consistent with each other.

    Negative: ° I don't understand why we can't reply to comments on something like posts, so we can't comment on Facebook on replies within replies. I know it's a new feature that Facebook didn't include long ago but Sendible should quickly adapt to the changes subject to each social network to keep working on the fly.

    ° I would like to be able to recover the publications that have been deleted, I know that if they are deleted within each social network it is a problem to recover them because that is how it will be. However, Sendible should create a kind of backup in case of accidentally deleting a publication or we simply want to recover certain comments from that deleted publication.

    ° I have problems sometimes with the Instagram connection, I understand that this platform came out for mobile devices, however the Instagram website works perfectly and it seems that Sendible does not fully complement Instagram, as if it were server connection errors or they simply have a poorly connected app. I hope you have a quick solution to that problem to continue using this platform.

    ° We have problems with the alerts of the reviews that our clients leave on Facebook, we practically do not know when they write them, so we have to do a manual search and thus be able to make their respective answers. Thank you. The same happens with the recommendations, it is the same problem which we can only solve manually in order to fully manage our social networks.
