    Summary: I'm highly recommending analytics users for the SendPro product.

    - SendPro gives a fantastic graphical dashboard to analyze the data.
    - Filters are handy to see the data as per the user's choice.
    - Custom report and Schedule report is beneficial.
    - Reports tab gives a complete idea about every transaction.
    - It easy to understand and use it.
    - Cost-effective analytics product.
    - Support members are very active and helpful.

    Positive: SendPro Analytics product provides the facilities to analyze the Shipping and Mailing transaction. We can print the shipping and mailing labels using it. It provides the facilities to explore the data according to Postage Spend, Postage Refill, Receiving, Contracts, Supplies.

    SendPro Analytics dashboard offers the graphical representation for the data analysis. We can filter the data by Division/Region, Locations, State and City, By User / Agent, By Carrier, By Cost Accounts, By Weight Break, etc

    Reports section is fantastic for filtering and analyzing the data. We can measure the data as per Postage spend and savings, Base rate, Extra services amount, Surcharges amount, Piece count for Mailing and Shipping transactions, and transaction date. We can export the records as well.

    The custom report feature is incredible for Spend, Refill, and Contract modules. We can create a customized report to analyze the data.

    We can access the features as per permission allowed to the user. SendPro Analytics gives user roles like System User, Service User, Enterprise User, Location, and Division User.

    It has lots of valuable customers like Deloitte, JPMorgan Chase, United States Department of Agriculture, UnitedHealth Group, Bank of America, CVS Healthcare, AARP, etc...

    Negative: Sometimes, I observed performance issues with large enterprises. Apart from it, everything looks good to me.
