ScriptFTP Description

ScriptFTP is an FTP client that automates file transfers. It interprets the commands in a text file (also known as script file) and performs the uploads and downloads automatically. ScriptFTP is a powerful but simple script language. Each FTP operation comes with its own descriptive command. These commands can be separated by lines to create your own script. ScriptFTP will run them step by step, either by clicking the Run button, or when they are scheduled. This website contains detailed documentation on all aspects of FTP scripting. Each command has its own page that includes examples of how to use them. You may have already written scripts. All contents are indexed and can be searched (see the Search text entry at top). Have a question? Simply type in anything. We've probably written something about that. The same people who developed and maintained the application are responsible for technical support.
