    Summary: I will switch again next year to my own server. 100/mo for 50/gb is a joke.

    Hard to believe that they get away with this.

    Positive: Works good so far. No problems with config, but price hikes over 100% are absolutely insane. Shady.

    Negative: I signed up and got everything configured. Once my trial was over the price went from $40/mo to $100/mo . Too many man hours wasted on config to change this year.

    Summary: Overall I was happy with the service, after getting over the initial learning curve which did seem too steep for such a simple service, IMO.

    Positive: Just works, no fuss. We've not experienced any known outages during the time that we have been using the service.

    Negative: Price randomly jumped by 250% overnight, for the same minimum plan.
    User setup and configuration seems more complex than it should be.
