Scantivo Reviews

Scantivo Description

Scantivo is a mobile app available for iPhone, iPad, and Android that enables users to scan paper documents and convert them into PDFs. Its efficient scanning process allows for the creation of multiple PDFs in succession without the need to exit or reset the camera. Additionally, users can easily organize their files, append pages to current PDFs, and search using document titles; the on-device OCR feature facilitates automatic naming and, through Scantivo Unlimited, enables text searches within scanned documents. The Unlimited version also provides advanced functionalities such as comprehensive page editing, the ability to capture photos, secure backup and restoration, optional synchronization of libraries across devices on the same platform, and Scantivo Pulse notifications for updates in compatible iCloud Drive folders on Apple devices or Google Drive folders on Android. The app includes a free version that allows for up to 15 PDFs to be saved each month, along with a 14-day trial period for premium features; purchasing Unlimited is a one-time fee with no ongoing subscription required. Both the scanning and OCR features operate directly on the device, eliminating the necessity for a Scantivo account, making it a hassle-free solution for document management. This combination of convenience and functionality makes Scantivo a compelling choice for anyone looking to streamline their document handling.
