Positive: Savvy is a complete all in one system that can do everything you need. Covers our salon for online booking, payments, bookings, note keeping, accounting. A genuine all rounder run by lovely people.
Negative: Not a negative as such but as there is so much you can use it for definitely have a free demo to set up.

Summary: Amazing software, great customer services cannot recommend highly enough. Never thought I would use online booking however after discussing it with customer services and with their help setting up I was up and running in no time and has been great.
Positive: Always top end customer service.
Online booking.
Website integration.
Easy to work.
Can set colours for services how you need.
Retail shop.
Monthly view, weekly and daily available.
Reasonable pricing for package I use.Negative: Does have its issues at times, however all softwares do.

Summary: I wouldn't use any other system especially as they are upgrading all the time, and there customer service is amazing.. i have never looked back.
Positive: I couldn't run my salon without savvy, the layout is easy to navigate and the automatic reminders save me so much time and reduced my no shows by 100%.
Negative: For me there are no cons that is just how i feel.
