    Summary: Very good but now looking for an alternative. I feel that the pricing although good is unfair on a growing business
    why can't they just take my money on a per user basis.

    Positive: Easy to use and set up great to customise with your logo. It's very cheap for large companies at a $p er user -- see cons.
    Support is very swift.
    Good pricing if you have a lot of users.

    Negative: $1 per user pricing and you need over 30 users.
    Duo or other alternatives are more costly and they are free for up to 10 users but why cant I have 4 or 15 users. I would gladly pay double and I would still be win win.
