Positive: Easy to use once you understand the role of vehicles and how you want them to operate. Simple mapping and routes and the ability to instantly share this with drivers is good.

Negative: Struggled with optimising routings when using more than 2 vehicles, it probably does it, but i could not do it.

Positive: The fact that we can now know with greater accuracy the amount of deliveries we can do in one day without relying on the past knowledge of previous coworkers.

Better tracking experience for the clients, decreasing the total amount of incoming calls wanting to know an ETA for their delivery.

Negative: The fact that sometimes we have to manually make a route when the platform's optimizer decides a client is not worth to be done because it's too far away.
The inability to assign a client as priority and make the optimizer work every other delivery around it.

Summary: A pleasant surprise. I've always been a handmade person, but this system has changed my way of thinking.

Positive: It was very easy to implement and apply it to our daily operations.
Also it is a very cheap software for all the advantages it has.
