    Positive: The ease of use, searching for past customer orders. Order duplications, routing options, customizable features and the CXT University really helps. X Dispatch Shortcuts are a nice feature as well.

    CXT Customer Driven Delivery Solution

    Summary: We have been with CXT for over 20 years. Not out of loyalty, but because they are the best. I am constantly on the lookout for something better. There is always a competitor nipping at their heels. But in the end, because CXT is so attentive to our needs, and constantly improving the product to take advantage of the newest technology, I don't see us switching anytime soon.

    Positive: CXT Listens to their customers wants and needs then continually improves and adapts the product to fulfill those wants and needs. Unlike other logistics software, CXT's XDispatch does everything you need to run your company. We use it for everything from order management, to dispatching, to HR, CRM, billing, compliance, communications. It does everything we need, and more.

    Negative: If I could have anything, I could only wish for tomorrow's upgraded version today! The next upgrade is never available RIGHT NOW! I want it NOW!!!
    My only real complaint I guess, is that they stopped having an annual User's Conference. I really enjoyed it, it was very informative and a great networking opportunity. I hope they will start it back up when this stupid pandemic is under control!

Having a finance background, the reporting side specific to customer sales revenue, gross profit, on-time performance, IC commission, etc. etc., made it very easy to evaluate our business, provide metric reporting to our people, invoice our customers, and pay our contractors.
