Positive: The tool constantly sends our business information including our location, catalogs, global directories, in addition to protecting this data and preventing unauthorized changes. The service guarantees follow-up opportunities based on the reputation of our information, allowing greater reliability to the clients we are looking for. Lead generation is a very useful solution, and its LinkedIn extension works best, directing us to it with just one click.
Negative: Sometimes the organization's information is often not updated in short periods of time which is annoying, however, it is nothing to worry about. Sometimes the interface can be slow to respond, which causes some interruptions in the operations we are performing, and the company's productivity suffers.
