    Summary: Very flatly stated - it's Negative. I can't recommend it less. It certainly isn't worth paying "premium" account prices.

    Positive: Used to be a reliable application. Now it is flaky and largely unsupported by the vendor. They acquired a piece of working software - TrueBill - and have just kicked it to the dirt to make money passively and without any effort on their part.

    Negative: No longer allows even "chat" customer support. Connector software isn't stable anymore which requires perpetual account reconnection, so there's all the username/password/2FA shuck and jive. Certainly not worth any "premium" account payments, and do NOT ask them to "lower your bills".
