Rising Team Description

Build an inclusive culture where employees can have meaningful conversations and be themselves, while also understanding their colleagues better. After only 3 sessions, over 20% of participants report that they plan to stay longer at their company. Rising Team helps leaders, from CEOs to first time managers, become better coaches and saves them time by planning and leading important conversations. Team leaders not only learn about new concepts but also practice them with their team. During this session, each team member will be able to reflect on their own life and share three significant events with the group.
