    Summary: Our experience with them thus far is very good and plan to use them for the foreseeable future. They built, as they claimed, their software to enable my business to build better relationships with our customers.

    Positive: This telephone software seems to be built with our customer's experience in mind in that it helps us maintain our customers contacts and info close at hand. In other words, it comes bundled with a free CRM application. Additionally, it comes with free video collaboration software that is very easy to use. Lastly their customer service is very professional and prompt.

    Negative: I cannot think of any cons with their service at the moment.
