Summary: Overall, our branches that use this software have seen an increase in employee engagement and desire to work hard for an extra reward and recognition. We have use the data available through the software to make changes to our compensation, as well as understand what motivates our staff. Cant say enough good things about this software, will be trying to expand its implementation in more locations in the coming months.
Positive: Easy to setup and use. Our employees love having the options and rewards for their hard work. They also like the idea of being recognized. With many reward options, there is something for everyone. From instant savings coupons to cashback. The data that can be extracted can be useful to our compensation plans, and the rewards aspect has made us a more attractive employer to potential hires and attractive new talent.
Negative: Can't say I have any real issues with the software/program. I really like the idea of rewarding hard work and going the extra mile. The only controlling the amount of rewards being given. It is more internal for us, but some people tend to give rewards easier or quicker. This is an internal issue.
