ANIXE Resfinity Reviews

Summary: Pleasantly surprised with the quality and quantity of new hotel offers, our customers can’t get enough of them. For a tech dinosaur like myself, it was difficult to understand at first but ANIXE’s customer service provides good training and now I am able to use it without issue.

Positive: Before integrating the Resfinity API we knew that we would be connected to a large number of suppliers, but we didn’t expect such a huge amount of hotel offers. Some of the new hotels are now our best sellers.

Negative: A steep initial learning curve to use due to all the functionalities. When you have learned it, it’s easy to use though.

Summary: A fantastic way to map hotels, rooms and meals automatically. It was a job which used to take us weeks at the start of every season, now it’s done instantly. It is easy to use when you know how and comes with training on how to use it.

Positive: I've been working in the travel industry for over 12 years and I've never used a product so intuitive & efficient before. Resfinity is by far the best deduplication and automated hotel and room mapping solution that I have ever used. It is easy to use, speeds up our workflow, and has been saving us so much time!

Negative: If you don’t know how to use it properly it can lead to some problems with displaying search results.

Summary: Overall amazing attention to detail that isn't something you will experience until you start working with the solution. At a distance it seems comparable to other solutions, but diving into the details brings out the best in what ANIXE delivers. The people behind the technology are super friendly and great to work with.

Positive: Hotel deduplication and room type mapping saved us a lot of manual work. The API is simple and unified across all hotel suppliers which is something you don't get from all hotel providers. Yield optimization is a no brainer. It's the gift that keeps on giving.

Negative: Not willing to deliver heavy customization is hindering us, but may turn out to be a blessing in disguise. We've learned to change our processes to match ANIXE's best practices and it seems to be working to our benefit.

Summary: Our integration with ANIXE was good, they even helped us develop new business practices. The API works well and has improved the responsiveness of our website and the quality of data presented. I would recommend it.

Positive: Hotel and room mapping brought order to our booking engine, before using ANIXE Resfinity we had too many duplicate offers from our suppliers which confused our customers. Resfinity has many options and additions which changed how we run our business. Yield Optimisation is a great example but there are many more.

Negative: The user interface is easy to navigate but it’s also possible to make mistakes which can affect the quality of future searches.
