All reviews from the two platforms are consolidated into a single inbox for convenience. Importantly, reviews that are related to crises, legal matters, or medical issues are always flagged for human review.

The Signal feature identifies and ranks common complaints and feature requests based on their frequency, linking them to the relevant reviews and enabling integration with Notion or Google Sheets. Additionally, any significant drops in ratings or negative reviews trigger alerts sent directly to your preferred communication channels such as Slack, Telegram, Discord, or through a webhook.
