Summary: It is a great tool for buyers, giving live inventory and streamlining the ordering process. Also informs accurate delivery timeline that we can pass along to our customers.
Positive: Easy to use.
Real time inventory.
Delivery dates are accurate.
Easy to track orders.
Mainstream contact with vendors.Negative: When items have low stock, they are removed from RepSpark. Many times, we can still get them through the rep. but whit that the special-order process takes double of the time delaying delivery.

The updated version of an item might not have the same sku and, in this case, they don't appear under the item search resulting on the buyer reaching out to the rep. again. -

Summary: Now that I have had some time to learn ins and outs, I think they platform is great. Makes it easy for prebooking, and immediates as well. Some of my cons could perhaps be my own learning curve and finding out more new things.
Positive: Easy to navigate brands and styles/seasons within brand. Ability to separate prebook deliveries simultaneously is great.
Robust platform, would be nice if some brands utilized features more as it would make things easier for me (i.e. marketing tab)Negative: It would be great if 'My Orders' tab and 'Order status/invoicing' were combined. I'd rather be able to enter an order # or PO# and view everything together, status, tracking and link to invoice if generated. Having to jump to another tab seems unnecessary for that additional information.. I wish it lived all together.

I can find the shipper and type of shipping (ground) but there isn't a link to track, which would be great.
I think this is how the brand set it up, but I can see orders from all other brand partners. I do have my own login, but this seems odd.
Again, at the brand level, but the marketing materials are great but not updated regularly. -

Summary: Love having several of my "goto" companies on RepSpark! Knowing I can place a special order for a member after hours is great!
Positive: I can get special orders and regular orders placed on my time.
We're all very busy, and having the option to work on things after "regular" hours can be a very helpful with our crazy schedules.Negative: A couple of the online catalogs take a while to load.

Summary: Overall this product is awesome to use. I constantly use it to prebook and special order. I love that there is an integration with golf genius golf shop now too.
Positive: Ease of knowing what is available.
Ease of choosing from the catalogue and pushing it to an order for prebooks.Negative: Still cant get Johnnie-O to work with golf genius and RepSpark.

Summary: Overall the product is very good but it would be excellent if the search functionality was not case sensitive.
Positive: Easy to generate stock checks, reports, shipping updates and restock information. Accessibility 24/7 is vital to business and this provides an excellent portal to support our business needs.
Negative: Too case and name sensitive re product names and codes.

Summary: Using RepSpark is the most difficult part of running my business.
I would recommend looking for a new service, as I will be doing.Positive: Access to a community of B2B customers.
Real time view to available inventory.
There is nothing else to recommend as I find this system to be a barrier to sales and will be pushing current clients that are frustrated to a new service.Negative: Very difficult to use.

Difficult to set up, process orders, and I need a team of people to coach customers on how to use because nothing is intuitive and connectivity of ordering to Shopify has been inconsistent.
