Summary: As a small business specializing in bike rentals, our family-run company has recently transitioned to utilizing Rentrax. This decision has proven to be transformative for our operations. Rentrax has empowered us to manage customer orders, rentals, and returns with an efficiency we previously couldn't achieve. We particularly appreciate the self-service kiosk feature and the ability to provide selected discounts.

Positive: Rentrax has outstanding customer support, an intuitive UI, and an extensive feature set. We almost got all we needed.

Negative: The initial setup can demand a significant amount of time.

Summary: I have a photography studio and I'm starting a camera rental as a side business soon. I'm already using software to manage my photography clients and I know the importance of using a proper tool to help run your business. So, I looked for rental software on the internet for a while and I found Rentrax. Right now I'm on the two weeks trial I'm pretty happy with the features and settings. We definitely will use this to run the rental side of our business.

Positive: It has all features I was looking for:
1. We need to take online orders and Rentrax has a pretty good order form. It does not have a modern look, but it's very practical.
2. Rentrax has a built-in electronic signature function which we needed
3. It has a good messaging system that allows us to send a confirmation email to customers automatically regarding their rentals.
4. We need to set different price formats for each piece of equipment based on the time of the year (Holidays have their own pricing). As far as I researched, Rentrax has the most flexible price management out there and it does a good job to set up our pricing model.

Negative: To be able to use all features, there is a learning curve. Sometimes I get a bit overwhelmed, but the good thing is their customer service is very helpful.

Summary: We are using Rentrax since last June. We are for now pretty happy. It asks you a bit of time at start to set up everything but when it's running, you just have to let the software going.

Positive: A lot of features, deposit system, a good amount of possibilities on how to manage your prices, type of rental and bundle.

Negative: Loading time a bit long sometimes.
Still need more improvement on the display and it will be nice to be able to totally customize your front page.

Summary: We are very happy using Rentrax. It has all the features we need. The software works flawlessly, and the customer service is knowledgeable and responsive. More importantly, we received a lot of positive feedback from our customers. They can place an order using their smartphone by scanning a QR code in less than a minute and hopping on the bike right after.

Positive: We looked for an integrated rental management program that would eliminate the inefficiencies of pen and paper. We saw the best outcome when we went with Rentrax. We transformed the shop operations to support online and kiosk reservations. We saw a 15% increase in revenue and 20% savings on our employee costs by reducing wait time. Rentrax is relatively easy to use and feature-rich. I enjoy its flexible price management and ski-related settings. It is convenient when we switch to ski/snowboard rental in winter.

Negative: Although it is easy to use, there is still room for the interface to improve. I talked to customer service, and the good news is the new design is coming soon.
