Relaymed Description
Relaymed connects seamlessly to your EHR and automatically matches results to orders. Rapid, accurate data entry eliminates potential errors and creates savings for your staff. Relaymed's 'engine' runs on cloud computing. This is where all patient test results, quality controls, and other information are stored. The engine then retrieves the correct order from the EHR and returns the complete result to the chart. In real-time and automatically. You can view and manage all of your data using any internet browser. Log into myRelaymed portal. Your point-of-care devices cannot connect to the internet by themselves. We need to help them connect to the internet or network them with a server or computer. Relaymed pulls the correct sequence from your EHR and attaches it with the result from the device. Instantly. Within seconds of the test being completed, results are available in your EHR chart.

Bad product backed up by arrogant and deceptive company Date: Oct 04 2022
Summary: A company in need of management complete switch out to ethical folks. They prefer to deceive the customer rather than admit they were the cause of the problem. From the arrogant COO to the "any excuse" support team. You will enjoy months of disappointment. Though they will bill you the entire useless time.
Positive: The experience started off really bad and just kept finding ways to get worse. Initially they consistently mislead us as the the actually features and benefits. Presenting as this stand alone, user friendly, almost self configuring service that would easily integrate the many devices that we have amongst our three clinics. In truth is arrives without a single thing configured, everything.
Negative: Over a standard office staff ability, Requires you to learn/know LAN architecture and protocols. they never got it to work, and when pressed claimed it was the clients fault they were waiting on. me to do all my setup/configuration. So I configured everything per their own support/setup guides. FAIL.
