    Essential plugins for Redmine, excellent service

    Summary: The plugins are exactly as advertised and do what they are purported to do. Excellent service from Dimitar as well!

    Positive: We use the CRM and Helpdesk plugins and they are essential to our organization. Once the plugins have been set up, they work flawlessly, but if anything goes wrong, Dimitar provides excellent service and is very helpful. Highly recommended!

    Negative: There is nothing I don't like about the plugins we've been using.
