Summary: This is one of the best platforms I've used, simply based on their customer service alone. The dog pictures certainly help too :) I would definitely recommend this to any financial planner looking for a way to track leads, clients, tasks, etc. Can also be utilized by accountants for other purposes.
Positive: Phenomenal customer service. I LOVE that they will do a one-on-one training with you. The platform is designed well, and they are constantly adding new features. Although it is made for financial planners, it can be used for other functions (we also use it for accounting/tax purposes). The family & membership functionality is really helpful.
Negative: The contacts are a little buggy sometimes, and I don't like that a missed additional space can render an email invalid or make a contact show up non-alpha order.

Summary: Over all we love RedTail. It synchs with outlook, allows us to communicate as a team about our clients, has great workflows, time lines, and reminder options. Once it was integrated into our firm and everyone adjusted, everyone is very happy with it.
Positive: Redtail is easy to use, easy to input people, and easy to manage. We love having a cloud based CRM that we can access from anywhere.
Negative: Initial set up took a bit of time, and there is A LOT this product offers. While that is definitely a pro, it can be a con as it was a bit overwhelming for some of our long time employees.
