Realm Accounting Description

Realm Giving's accounting software for churches integrates seamlessly with Realm Giving. You can post batches to General Ledger as deposits. Simply link your Giving Funds accounts to your General Ledger accounts. You can choose which batches are automatically posted and which ones you manage yourself. Your Chart of Accounts organizes core accounts by listing them below their account headings: Assets and Liabilities, Net Assets or Revenues, as well as Expenses. You can add subheadings to describe how each core account is used. Then drag and drop your subheadings in any order you like. Once you have set up core accounts that can be used across multiple funds, departments, and so forth, you can create segments to track additional information like subdepartments or campuses. Account segments can be used to enter transactions, budget information, perform inquiries, and process reports.
