Summary: To all those Agile developers, devops and scrum masters-of-none, testing the app is actually using it and abuse, misuse and problem-driven cases would have made the difference here. But it is more cost efficient for you to use us, customers, as your darn alpha-testers.
This whole rant is a testament to confirm the later, to my own amusement.Positive: They may coordinate the shipping of things you bought.
Negative: Could not deal with a simple delivery problem due to the fact that your cheap non-human automated bot-based responses serve no purpose.

Problem: the original order only included one (1) can of soda, instead of two (2)
Solution: NONE, only bot chat responses. Even accusing the user of "high refund" requests, which has nothing to do with the original problem, nor provide any solution. In simple words: the merchant or the delivery commit an error and you as the "facilitator" for commerce to happen did not provide a mean to solve the issue.
Hence, the app is absolutely useless for the sole purpose of its existence: it cannot guarantee to provide what it was supposed to.
I really hope this app become sentient so it can realize how broken it is and commit self-deletion for the sake of humanity.
