    Summary: Overall it was a great experience and I will probably use this one over the alternatives that are out there.

    Positive: I liked that I could see when an update happened to the order. It also felt like a better experience than other order software.

    Negative: I did not like that restaurants in my area have not adopted this yet.

    Great way to order food

    Summary: Overall it's a good program that is able to be customized but also is straight forward where you can't get lost.

    Positive: Super easy and convenient way to order meals from restaurants and allows online orders delivered to you.

    Negative: Not much that I don't like about the software program to be honest.

    Kinda unethical tbh

    Summary: Not a good experience calling a restaurant and asking 'where's my order' only to be told they never got your order in the first place.

    Positive: So Grubhub is one of the many food ordering services available, and I like that many restaurants that you can't find on other platforms are on here.

    Negative: Unfortunately, it turns out some of these listed restaurants never signed up for the service, and when unsuspecting customers call via the listed number, Grubhub takes a slice of the payment. That's not cool.
