Summary: I work in the entertainment industry, where reviews are everything. Some people don't even watch video but just go by reviews. That's why a company like Rannko is so valuable for someone like me. Frankly, I don't like dealing with this stuff, and they automated the process.

Positive: Perfect for people like me who are too busy to deal with soliciting reviews and managing social media, etc.

Negative: It's something that you ideally keep doing forever, so in that sense it's like going to the chiropractor or something. I feel like I get long-term ROI, though.

Summary: Overall, Rannko is a powerful cloud-based digital review management solution primarily intended for small businesses. The platform provides modules for managing reviews, listings, and tasks, as well as scheduling social media posts. The application generates useful analytical data reports that can be sent automatically. Highly recommended for all small businesses.

Positive: The application syncs with Facebook, Yelp, Google and other social media/review platforms to monitor user reviews. Sends review notifications, and users may respond to them automatically or manually through text messages. Automatically sends review requests and reminders to customers and tracks their reviews. Easy to implement and use, and saves a lot of time and money.

Negative: Can’t think of anything negative to say. This excellent marketing tool really helps small businesses save time and money by managing their digital reviews/social media outreach.

Summary: We are saving roughly 380 per month by using Rannko & a freelancer to manage this as opposed to the marketing service we were using before. That's a nice chunk of change that we can put towards outsourcing social media and supplementing our paid ads budget. Thank you Rannko for putting business owners in the drivers seat and empowering us to become our own marketing agents by using your platform.

Positive: Price Point.

Negative: Only con I would say is it isn't a super sexy looking software, but that's normal for a startup.

Summary: Rannko and their team gave me a solution to my needs. Now all of my dealerships rant about our success.

Positive: This company has helped me grow my book of business by 40% and reduced my amount of work. Not only does it take my work load off but it actually has core values that my clients focus on.

Negative: Originally I was not sure how I felt about partnering with Rannko but now that we know the product and understand how to position it, we love it!

Summary: Rannko, as a platform, has immediately helped us to boost our online presence and maintain our reputation. This is a one-stop shop for anyone looking to aggregate their social media, reputation/reviews and presence into one single platform. Highly recommend trying Rannko for your business!

Positive: Rannko is very clean, simple to use, and essentially "plug and play" for any business. Rannko is constantly innovating and adding new features to increase value, providing support to assist with the introduction and use of the features if needed.

Negative: No complaints thus far. There are requirements to update certain social media accounts periodically, but this is due to requirements from the account providers and something that Rannko must have users manually accept to update.

Summary: Rannko is a great software that compliments our business, and overall our experience with Rannko has been more than satisfactory. It has helped grow our business and we thoroughly recommend it to other business owners!

Positive: This software is really easy to use...I can get on with running my business while Rannko manages my business reputation and reviews. The social media product is a bonus, as I can set up future posts rather than having to manually go to everything myself.
They are always adding new features and they have also kept the price reasonable with no contract or hidden fee's...We like that!

Negative: So far we haven't found any problems with Rannko, we just wish it had been available to use when we first started out in business years ago!

Summary: This platform offers an amazing product for a fair deal. Nothing much more to say about that. We started with there review manager product and added on their listings or what they call “powersync”. And even helped get our GMB sorted out.... so they are super helpful!

Positive: Overall pretty easy and simple to use, having tried one other platform in the past all though Rannko may seem lite, they have many features that are constantly updating!

Negative: We have had a couple of minor issues in the past. However, when we submit a bug report or jump on the chat feature. They were able to help out pretty quickly!

Summary: I've been using this software for a few years now and it's been everything we needed for our agency! The main saving grace was the automatic response feature for reviews. We also needed to export to an excel format and they were able to create this feature for us in a matter of a few days! Very flexible and easy to use!

Positive: Automatic response to reviews, ease of use, flexibility of the product, team readily available and willing to help customize the platform to suit your needs.

Negative: I don't have any cons to mention at this time. All good!

Summary: Overall a great product for the price. Many more useful features than competitive products we researched. Great UI.

Positive: Extremely robust and easy to use. Reports and analytics are exactly what we needed for our clients. Text requests are a winner!

Negative: May need to add more review sites over time. Also, integration into POS systems would be a huge positive for our clientele, and we understand this is being developed.

Summary: Very happy with Rannko! I left their competition for this solution with more options and I'm now actually making a profit implementing their services since my costs have come way down. Can’t complain at all.

Positive: UI is intuitive. I’m able to see a snapshot of each location and a roll up for a whole franchise group. As a reseller of the product I needed a white label solution and they were able to set this up for my business. Really happy with the solution after 1 year using it.

Negative: Initially the support requests were delayed a bit but I believe they have staffed around that and are always on the spot now. I would like to see even more automation options for auto reply but they are still way ahead of Podium.

Summary: As a real estate agent your reputation is everything. This software has allowed me to manage and grow my online presence with ease and at an affordable price.

Positive: Software is user friendly! No wasting time learning to use a complicated product. The best part is also that it’s cost effective.

Negative: None so far! Anytime I have needed assistance the support team has offered 10/10 service.

Summary: My overall experience is reflected in the produce section of my submission. I enjoy the other features as well.

Positive: As a solo practitioner I am often too busy to post things on multiple platforms or respond to posts directed towards me from others on multiple platforms. Rannko simplified that process for me saving me an incredible amount of time and shielding me from added stress.

Negative: I’m making a conscious effort in my life to complain about things less. So I’m skipping this.
