RaffleTix is an Australian-owned, operated online platform that allows Australian charities, schools and community groups to raise funds. Our Australian-based customer support team is dedicated to helping our clients achieve the best possible outcome for their raffle fundraising campaigns. We provide guidance and assistance to clients to ensure they comply with all regulatory requirements in the States and Territories in which they wish to sell tickets. Sellers can accept cash, card payments, or let customers scan a QR code to serve themselves. Customers receive an automatic order confirmation via SMS. This includes a link to the raffle website, where they can purchase more tickets.
