Summary: Brazen was the best platform we used across several online platforms due to the lack of technical issues and ability to connect with students in a queue fashion.
Positive: The platform was easy to use with instructions that were also easy to read. There were very few technical issues for both Audio and Video and the candidates were able to seamlessly connect with recruiters without issue. The information from the conversations was easy to find post event and we were able to follow up with candidates appropriately. The booth customization was great for out team to highlight our program and include links to apply.
Negative: The customization for the booths was limited at times and we wanted to include a bit more graphics explaining our program. Some schools locked the ability to download reports post event and we had to reach out to the contact at the school to receive lead reports.

Brazen is Great for Virtual Career Fairs Date: Nov 17 2020
Summary: Brazen offers a very useful and elegant interface that helps me do my job better by allowing me to connect with more candidates virtually.
Positive: User friendly platform, visually appealing design, allows candidates to connect with me from anywhere
Negative: No major cons. It would be nice to see a video chat feature added. It is possible they may have added that functionality recently.

Positive: The easy of use, and their willingness to listen to the customers. You are able to find, review, and buy business software.
Negative: There really are no cons, the customer service allows you to have no issues.

Summary: I have used Brazen for about 3 years to host virtual recruiting events for a large defense industry contractor. Prior to the pandemic, we used Brazen to augment our event strategy to include people that might not be able to get away from the office or travel to an in-person event. Over time, Brazen has continued to improve it's interface, user experience and reporting so that following up post- event is a breeze. Now that large, in-person events are on hold indefinitely, Brazen is essential to reach target candidate pools that might only be passively looking. Brazen is like speed dating for professional networking and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a user friendly tool to reach more candidates during difficult times.

Summary: Brazen provides an outstanding platform to hold virtual career fairs and other webinars in a post COVID environment. For the Department of Veterans Affairs, this has been an instrumental platform for us to recruit future staff.
Positive: - Ability to setup virtual career fairs in an intuitive and easy way
- Reliability and up time of the software platform
- Ease of managing attendees resumes and rankingsNegative: - A few hiccups on some events where the platform went down briefly or crashed, but this has since been remediated

Great Solution to Remote Recruiting Date: Nov 17 2020
Summary: Overall, I very much enjoyed my experience with Brazen and would use the tool for all virtual recruiting events in the future! It was a great, user-friendly solution to the issue of recruiting during a time when face-to-face interaction is not an option. Great product!
Positive: I enjoyed the ease of use and the familiar functionality of the chat feature within Brazen. It did not require extensive training for the facilitators or attendees in order to use it. I also appreciated the layout, which allowed recruiters/employers to quickly reference information about candidates while in the virtual booths. The information was also very well organized for later reference and allowed for easy transitions between booths and attendees.
Negative: The only small con I would note is the notification feature of when a virtual recruiting booth is running out of time, sometimes it was not extremely obviously and we inadvertently ran out of time.

Summary: Overall, if it's in your budget, I would defiantly recommend giving this tool a try. It has helped my team connect with more job seekers. This is a great program for virtual job fairs and events.
Positive: I have enjoyed being able to connect with potential candidates in a new way. This tool has helped me reach new job seekers and has a lower barrier of entry than cold calling. This tool is user friendly and intuitive.
Negative: I wish this tool was more compatible with mobile devices.

Great Virtual Job Fair Platform Date: Nov 17 2020
Summary: Overall a good platform to replace in-person job fairs or hiring events with a virtual experience during the pandemic.
Positive: I really like the automatic connection of candidates with recruiters or company representatives. Makes it easy to ensure no one gets skipped over for someone that recently joined.
Negative: I wish that you could add common questions and responses prior to the event starting.

Summary: I enjoyed using it and will most likely use it again next time I have a large class to fill. Best way to use it is with high amount of planning. If you have a high volume of candidates to hire within a certain time frame you want to give yourself enough time to use Brazen in order to collect candidates at the start. This means marketing the event weeks before, while marketing the job at the same time. Overall my event was small(25-30 attended) but still hired 2-3 candidates from it.
Positive: - Easy set up
- Speak up to 4 people at a time (which is a lot to handle)
- Easy to market by using pre made links that track source
- Great for gaining candidate interest
- Allows you to reach a larger amount of candidates through email that would not have applied to the role before.Negative: - Lots of marketing needed in order to push candidate interest

Summary: There were definite benefits over Skype, the interface was just a bit too busy for me. If that was cleared up a bit I would like using it more.
Positive: I liked how you were able to connect with numerous people at different times and have separate conversations. Also the waiting room feature was great. This definitely has benefits over Skype when it comes to conversations.
Negative: There was a lot going on within the interface of the product.

Summary: I would recommend this product to others because of my overall positive experience with it. I believe that we can make a verifiable difference by implementing this effectively.
Positive: I liked the usability of the product and the customer service support. It made the implementation easier and more valuable to me as a leader.
Negative: The time from order date to delivery was more than I hoped for. We are seeking immediate results and the lag time created minimal issues that needed addressed.

Summary: This program works extremely well for my needs and makes multi-user or late user additions very easy.
Positive: I enjoy the flexibility and customizable booth/manipulation. Our coordinator is able to quickly make changes or relay updates to the team members involved.
Negative: Difficult to "unchat" while working a chat. To unchat you need to close current chat and as fast as you can toggle the button in the booth you are in to "Unavailable".

Summary: Would definitely use this platform to conduct a job fair again, because the data you can pull afterward is highly convenient.
Positive: Lobby functionality, ease of input for stock responses, and great end-of-interview survey/data options.
Negative: Still not many qualified job candidates who are used to using this platform, so they can't maximize it.
