    Summary: I started using REP Helper after my CPA recommended that I move away from tracking my rental activity in a spreadsheet. I was used to logging everything manually, but REP Helper made the process much easier and much more complete.

    One of my favorite features is travel time tracking. As a real estate investor, I spend a lot of time driving to properties, meeting contractors, checking repairs, and handling rental-related tasks. Being able to capture that time directly in the app is extremely valuable.

    I also see a lot of value in the voice-enabled time entry. I have used it a few times when I was on the go, and it made logging activity feel fast and natural. The picture snap feature was also simple to use. I was able to take a picture and attach documentation without having to manage everything separately.

    What really sold me, though, is the way REP Helper tracks the REPS tests. To my knowledge, this is the only app that helps me with the 50% test, not just the 750-hour test. That matters because investors need the full picture, not just one piece of the qualification.

    Overall, REP Helper is a great app. It is easy to use, built for real estate investors, and much better than trying to manage everything in a spreadsheet. I strongly recommend it.

    Another consideration is that the app encourages investors to log activity more regularly. That requires some discipline at first, especially for people who are used to catching up later. However, this is exactly what makes the documentation stronger because the records are created closer to when the work actually happens.

    Some of the more advanced features, like voice entry, picture snap, travel time, and the REPS test dashboard, may take a little time to fully incorporate into a routine. But once they become part of the workflow, they reduce manual work and make the overall tracking process much easier.
