    R2 Rental Management Software - Run away!

    Summary: Horrible experience. We paid for a year of service, and walked away without ever going live due to all the problems we discovered. I do not recommend.

    Positive: Cloud based system worked well. I liked how tasks could be triggered off other tasks in the workflow.

    Negative: Unethical company - flat out lied to us about features during sales process. When we pointed out the missing features, we were told "no refunds!".

    Email integration was an afterthought. Could only do one from address for entire company, and one subject line for emails. As a result, everything would get lumped into the same email thread in popular mailreaders like Gmail. Emails took almost a minute to send.

    Tasks too very long to complete due to inflexible workflow. Everything from just looking up the price of an item to adding a customer took a long time.

    Poor integration with accounting. This was a highly manual process, so things like payment status on an invoice would not be updated until the sync batch was manually run. This made the third party credit card integration basically useless.
