Summary: The customer support is astonishing friendly and fast. The pricing is flexible so we only pay for the months we need.

Positive: We use Queue-Fair to protect the website during the signup events of my clients. They've helped us with the integration and there is also plenty of technical documentation. We've changed from another queue-service to Queue-fair because of their security options that allow us force users to only use one device during the subscription.

Negative: So far we haven't run into problems the customer support wasn't able to resolve.

Summary: Great service at a great price. The customised queue page is great and integrates perfectly with our system. We would not look to use any other service.

Positive: Very easy to configure and integrate with online process for registration in our University. Can configure messages, logos and background colors to adapt to it.

Negative: I haven't found anything to include as a "cons" because our process is easy to implement and include the queue in it.

Summary: I would like to express my sincere gratitude for Queue-Fair platform, as it has been instrumental to our success. When we first launched our application, it unfortunately crashed within 30 minutes due to an overwhelming number of accesses, which overloaded the server’s memory, CPU, and maxed out our database server.

However, during our second launch, the safeguard and hold queue proved to be an invaluable features, allowing us to maintain much better control over the server’s memory and CPU usage. This functionality was a critical factor in our success.

Summary: Overall the experience of using Queue-Fair us very very good, they delivered an product that did exactly what we wanted and needed, and they ensured that our webpage didn't crash during peak on Black Friday. We would've lost a lot of sales without Queue-Fair

Positive: Queue-Fair is very easy to setup and just worked without any complicated setup and difficulties - even though our website is quite complicated and very deeply cached.
They did also translate the queue page to our language and made a very professional looking queue for us - support was fast, polite and lovely to deal with.

We will for sure use Queue-Fair in the future - highly recommended

Negative: The only small negative point we have is that the smallest package they offer is 3 months while we only need this queue for 24 hours.

Summary: We had 35.000 people waiting for us to open our registration process and with Queue-Fair we were able to lower the load on our server and maintain a fair and well-monitored registration process in a efficient way.

Positive: The solution is easy to install, and they have a very detailed guide.
The back office panel has many options to customize everything and give you every option you could need.

Negative: The translation of the back office (the Italian one at least) seems made by an automatic system, and has some errors.

Summary: During our event, we had too many visitors at the same time, before using this service our web server was experiencing slowdown issues and it became inaccessible. Controlling the flow of visitors allowed us to correct this problem.

Positive: It is an easy-to-use solution that allows us to intervene in real time on the flow of visitors that we let pass. Easy to configure, we can even customize the visual and the texts of the queue.
