Summary: The overall experience is great. We are able to create space plans for our stores. The Quant team is very supportive.

Positive: Rich set of features.
Excellent Customer Support.
Integration of Macro and Micro Space plans.
Automated generation of store specific planograms.

Negative: Nothing as such. There is a bit of learning curve but this can be resolve with user training.

Summary: Quant software was introduced to meet an urgent planograming need for our business, from day one of using the software we had the planogram published and implemented within a store, the basic functions are easy to do. There are however many advance features on Quant which we are yet to start exploring.
We have received brilliant customer care from the Quant team, and they have provided great support. We have had two examples where user error has caused issues however, the team were able to find and rectify the issue in less than 24 hours.
Overall, Quant is a superior piece of software which met all our business needs and more. We were drawn to the software due to having the ability to have multiple users and its overall affordability. Great bit of software at a brilliant price compared to similar software on the market.

Positive: • Easy to use and learn for any user.
• Navigation is easy & clean.
• Quick and responsive software considering the amount of data it handles.
• Create efficient and accurate planograms which are easy to export and share with teams in stores.
• Multiple user access meaning different projects can be worked on at the same time.

Negative: • The 3D View is brilliant to use in a big meeting to excite and bring the planograms to life. however sometimes this can lag depending on the size of the project. Also adding in extra elements to add to the look and feel (like marketing POS) can sometimes be sightly challenging.
• Training manuals sometimes can be confusing if you do not understand the basic mechanics of the software.

Summary: Amazing and very helpful for my daily work routine as a store planogram and it gives me understanding in each products movement and data analysis. Easy to use to organize the products and it gives accurate reports and proper display of each brand.

Positive: Easy access, user friendly, there’s a lot of option to see the data in detailed. It’s very useful for making planogram in so many ways. ie size wise, category wise, color wise, brand wise and so many more.

Negative: In my experience, at first is quite hard if you are not familiar but once you started using it, it wont give you hard time. Especially the team are there to support and guide you, they response very quick and very knowledgable in Quant application.

Summary: It has never been easier to create planograms, data analysis and store planning. Everything we need in one platform.

Negative: In the beginning it takes some time to get know all the program features and the environment of the software, but once you familiarize with it, it's very easy to use.

Summary: Excellent. I would very likely recommend this software to other company we are partner with the next time I have the chance.

Positive: Almost everything, aside from the learning curve at the beginning which Quant team does provide plentiful support to get us started.

Negative: None at the moment. Although a detailed guide on how to restrict other staff from doing certain action would be certainly helpful.

Summary: Our company has been using the Quant software system for six years. Quant is a natural part of our daily work and we can no longer imagine functioning without this very useful application. We use the system in its entirety - floor planning, category and product analysis, price list management, planogram creation, task management, store check list and more. We consider the functionality for communication between merchandising / marketing department and stores to be a very strong point of Quant. Communication is so flexible, transparent, clear and controllable. We can recommend this system to anyone looking for a sophisticated and user-friendly solution for retail management.

Positive: - Behind the creation and operation of the entire system is a friendly team of people.
- Excellent help desk.
- The setup and customization of the web application is very flexible and you can do it yourself.

Negative: In all the time I have been using the system, I have found nothing to be dissatisfied with. And if there have been any problems, the software provider has always been fully prepared to solve the problem together.

Summary: Quant is a useful program. It is clear, logically organized. I positively evaluate the ability to visualize branches. The support approach is great and professional.

Positive: Quant is a great program for planogram creation and branch management. Everything is clear and in one place.

Negative: I didn't register any disadvantage. The beginning of working with the program was more difficult. After the training everything is ok.

Summary: Highly recommended for space planning. We are using this software to build store specific planograms through various automations available in the software

Positive: Automations, efficient implementation of features. User friendly. The reporting capabilities are very useful

Negative: Automatic data exports. However the team is helpful to work with us to overcome this

Summary: Quant has proven to be a robust solution for managing both stores creation and planograms.
Although it may initially seem somewhat complex to learn and not particularly user-friendly, the introductory video trainings were very helpful in getting acquainted with its features. Once past the initial learning curve, the software shows itself to be extremely versatile and capable of meeting a wide range of needs.

A notable strength is the customer support, which is constant and immediate: whenever I needed assistance, they were quick to respond effectively. Additionally, I greatly appreciated their openness and speed in developing software improvements based on my requests, showing particular attention to user needs.

In summary, despite some initial difficulties, this merchandising software has proven to be a reliable and valid choice for those seeking a comprehensive and customizable solution.

Positive: Customer support.
Possibility to do quite everything in merchandising management.
Managing of both shops and planograms.

Negative: Not so much user friendly.
Some menus are not so clear.

Summary: As a first user I find that I will have to spend a lot of practical time getting used to the system.
One does not always have the luxury of time.

Positive: The programs has a wide variety of functions. These functions interlink well to create a total solution.

Negative: The online training is a bit challenging - especially when you are a first user of planograms.
Face to face training seems more hands-on.
Not always easy to get consecutive bookings for training sessions.

Summary: Great tool, must be willing to put in the time to reap benefits.

Very valuable when all the features are implemented and not just the planogram features.

Positive: Wide ranging multi tool for store management.

Great customer support.

Multi-platform access so very easy to use from anywhere.

Negative: Few language barriers but still in improvement.

Some integration issues with our current software but we received a lot of support to overcome them.
