The Quandis Forms Hub application (QFH), allows companies to allow third parties to securely log in, complete forms, and generate documents. A bank wanted to track customer complaints and outsource vendors to meet regulatory guidelines and audits. Although the bank had an internal process in place for handling such complaints, vendor reporting was done via email, phone, and spreadsheets. The Forms Hub allowed the bank to offer a web form to its vendors. This web form enforced the data validation that the bank required. The Forms Hub sends the bank the verified data in near-real time to their internal systems.
