    A dream then a nightmare

    Summary: Very poor consideration of customers. Extremely damageable behaviour in terms of time lost and frustration.

    Positive: Simple tool yet powerful with great analysis of your data (when it is not lost in limbo). Probably more to come.

    Negative: After 2 years, they lost all my data. ALL hundreds of invoices? Disappeared.
    CRM? We're sorry but we can't bring your data back.
    Amazing!
